SHIPPING POLICY

Only stock product orders exceeding $499CAD with addresses in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Custom products do not qualify for Free Shipping. Shipping estimates will be provided at the time of the initial order for custom products and adjusted according to finish production volume and weight when the final payment balance is due. 

 

We process and ship orders within 1 business day once the payment has been received.

 

Urban Leaf Packaging is not responsible for delayed delivery once shipment has been picked up by the carrier (UPS, Canada Post, etc.) not meeting their delivery date. Additional duties/taxes/charges may apply to shipments outside of Canada.
